Michael is an experienced IT consulting leader with extensive expertise in leading IT transformation programs, driving operational excellence, and implementing performance improvement initiatives across diverse industries, including Government, Banking, Superannuation, Insurance, Utilities, Consumer Goods, and Higher Education.
He leverages his experience as an Engagement Manager at EY and Capgemini to apply industry-leading practices and approaches tailored for small to medium-sized organisations, delivering exceptional value.
Throughout his career, Michael has successfully managed multi million dollar IT transformation, developed and implemented IT strategies and operating models, and led high-performing professional services teams to consistently deliver outstanding outcomes.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Western Australia and is certified in TOGAF 9.2 Enterprise Architecture.

PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
John is a seasoned IT executive with over 30 years of experience across technical and strategic roles in Australia and the UK.
He has previously held senior leadership positions, including CTO, CIO, COO, and GM of IT at Wesfarmers Insurance, RAC Insurance, Austal Ships, and ES2.
John has a strong background in managing complex technology projects, developing IT strategies, and aligning IT services with business objectives.
The projects he has worked on have resulted in significant cost reductions, including a $1.3 million reduction in the ICT operating budget at Austal Ships and over $2 million in savings through data centre consolidation at Wesfarmers.
At Calibre Consulting, John leads consulting engagements and supports recruitment activities.
