Calibre Consulting works on a commision based business model and we have extremely competitive placement fee’s for IT and cyber talent.

When a supplied candidate accepts their job offer the following permanent fee’s are invoiced:

Salaries up to $100,000 is 15% of annual commencing salary

Salaries above $100,001 is 18% of annual commencing salary.
